Begin of the construction work for the car park in El Biar

After awarding the construction works for the car park El Biar to the Turkish company Aslan Yapi, the construction works meanwhile began. The sheeting and the excavation works for the underground floor and the foundation slab are already in progress. The car park will be built with the well-proven AMP cast-in-place construction system with filigree haunch slabs. The terraced pulsing procedure reduces the core term of the raw construction to 20 weeks only.

Once the construction works will be finished, the quarter will present itself in a completely new state. There are arising a multi-storey car park with approx. 730 parking bays, a bus station with 7 platforms as well as office and a café.

The parking levels have a comfortable clear height of 2.44 m. Within the column-free parking aisles the 2.50 m wide parking spaces are arranged at an angle of 75°, what ensures a user-friendly maneuvering.
