Start of Operation Wiesbaden

The Elsässer Platz neighbourhood car park in Wiesbaden offers residents of the Rheingau quarter and the public 429 parking spaces on 17 half levels. The multi-storey car park compensates for the parking spaces on Elsässer Platz that will be lost to residential development and the conversion to a green and play area.

All parking spaces are equipped with electric charging points (eight of which even have fast-charging options of up to 150 KW) and are individually monitored by cameras. The car park is managed by licence plate recognition.

In addition to parking spaces for private vehicles, the multi-storey car park will also offer a station for car sharing providers. There will also be outdoor areas for e-scooters as well as covered parking spaces for bicycles and charging facilities for e-bikes.

A PV system with 99 KWp was installed on the extensively greened retention roof.
