New-build Car Park Elsässer Platz, Wiesbaden

The Elsässer Platz multi-storey car park in Wiesbaden provides 429 parking spaces for residents and the public, on a total of 17 half-levels. The split level car park compensates for the loss of exsisting parking spaces on Elsässer Platz, due to planned residential developments and the implementation of a landscaped / play area.
All the parking spaces are equipped with electric charging points, eight of which have a fast charging facility of up to 150 KW, and are individually monitored by cameras. Management of the car park is carried out via number plate recognition.
In addition to parking for private vehicles, the car park will provide a station for car sharing providers. There will also be designated outdoor areas for e-scooters, covered bicycle storage and charging facilities for e-bikes.
In order to provide green energy, a 99 KWp photovoltaic panel system is to be implemented on the extensive green roof.
