A car park for employees and staff with 363 parking spaces, including 45 spaces for vans up to 2.85 m in height and 318 spaces for cars, was built on the premises of Bonn-Netz GmbH on Karlstraße in Bonn.

The building had to be constructed in a very confined space on the factory site. Therefore, the planning process had to take into account, in particular, the lighting conditions relative to the existing buildings, pedestrian and cycle paths, as well as fire department access and staging areas.

Due to the prevailing conditions, access between floors is achieved via a split-level system, which, given the varying floor heights, presented a challenging planning task.

A photovoltaic system with a capacity of 290 kWp on the roof and facade supplies the 66 charging points and feeds surplus electricity into the grid.

AMP was commissioned as the general planner for phases 1-7. The contract was awarded to a modular parking garage builder based on a functional specification.
