The 4-storey underground car park Langer Graben is located below the listed district office building in Schwäbisch Hall. The Car Park was originally built in 1979 and offered space for 620 vehicles, but with a parking space width of only 2.30 m.

In the course of the concrete repair work, the parking spaces in the 3rd and 4th basement levels were widened to almost 3.50 m and a new colour concept was
implemented.

The fire protection was brought up to date and the complete electrical installations, the ventilation ducts and the toilet facilities were all renewed. The sprinkler system was repaired.

Today, there are 525 bright user-friendly parking spaces in the underground Car Park, 121 of which are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.

AMP was commissioned with the planning oft he building, structural and M&E.
